Seniors Teaching Future I.B. Art Students

The I.B. 2 Art Seniors used their artistic wisdom and skills to teach some of Academia Cotopaxi's youngest students from Imagine. Thanks to Christine and the Imagine crew for allowing our seniors this valuable opportunity.

Artist of the Week: Tony Nozero

Artist of the week, Tony Nozero has invented his own style over the last decade. Great example of work that is not ridiculously complicated, but powerful, unique, and personal. He creates images that make excellent use of color, value, shape, and form, all combined with his story telling ability.

Artist of the Week: Heather Hansen

Artist Heather Hansen combines performance and visual arts with inventive results. Note how the body symmetry and movement translates into symmetrically balanced work. Take a look at the video to watch the work in progress.

Art I and II Bookmaking Project
