Thank you to Ms. Ashley for helping students understand rhythmic layering and the similarities between musical rhythm and the art principle of design rhythm.

Middle School / Early Childhood Collaboration Part 2

The Grade 6 art students worked with EC-4 students to create the 3rd in a series of large collaborative artworks.  (CLICK HERE to see PART I and/or CLICK HERE to see PART III)

The Grade 6 Maestros de Arte taught color, value, contrast, brush stroke, and texture to the younger art generation.  Grade 6 students collaged the work together and Art Club painted the border.
