Visual Arts and Language Arts collide in this Poetry inspired series of works by 8th grade students. Thank you to Abby Franks, Luanne Paproski, and Jo King for collaborating on the project.

The Anatomy of a CELL

Art and Science collide to create the Anatomy of the Cell. Thank you to Ken Gunther in the 6th grade Science Lab  for collaborating on the project.

The Character Within

How does an artist express his or her character through metaphorical imagery?
7th grade Students molded plaster to create their final 3D sculptures.
(CLICK HERE for a link to the initial molding process)

The 2 Sides of YOU

The 2 Sides of You is a 6th grade project that combines significant personal experiences to make up the portrait of the artists. Students utilized printmaking, stenciling, painting, photography, and positive and negative space to create the compositions.

THE ART ATTACK

THE ART ATTACK is the multi-sensory art experience that combines music, art, drama, movement, rhythm, and sound. It's all about the PROCESS and not the final product.
Thanks to Jo King for collaborating on this project and to Fasil for all your help and support.
